This time I am joined by Kara Loy! Kara has had a significant career in Higher Education, and she now is Dean of University Credit (UC), Science, Health & Human Services at Coast Mountain College in northwest BC!
Furthermore, Kara is a doctoral candidate with the University of Calgary’s Werklund School of Education where she is researching “innovative professors as change agents, leaders, and catalysts of sectoral transformation in Canadian universities“!
