I&#8217;ll put that out there, cause it&#8217;s the evening where and when I am right now! We are glad you were able to find your way here for a discussion which in many ways dovetails nicely with our last topic&#8230; this time, instead of work-life balance&#8230; or perhaps, in extension of all that&#8230; we&#8217;re talking about educator career satisfaction!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if you&#8217;re not an educator yourself, somebody in your life is! Go get those Star Bucks! #ednontech<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So&#8230; I thought TechSmith Camtasia might be done crunching the video by now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case you didn&#8217;t pick up what I was putting down earlier, this is the second in a thematically-likened set of episodes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having the routine of a job again is something that I needed more that I was expecting. Just going in and having a &#8220;normal&#8221; workday in an office setting&#8230; so much part of my life for so long&#8230; feels still, after nearly two months&#8230; downright EXOTIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per what&#8217;s jumped out at me lately in terms of online reading, here&#8217;s an article from Wired which has a  really compelling lede:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why do people panic when an AI chatbot tells us it \u201cwants to be human,&#8221; but not when inanimate object says it wants to be a \u201creal boy&#8221;?<\/p>\n<cite>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wired.com\/story\/artificial-intelligence-fiction-philosophy-consciousness\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.wired.com\/story\/artificial-intelligence-fiction-philosophy-consciousness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wired.com<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don&#8217;t think I can go out on a better note than that!
